A question about "SMS" character

I open SRB2JTE.exe, go on host game, no internet, and addfile SMSFUN.WAD, and ADDBOT SMS. In a match mode SMS hits his enemy this way:
-First he thoks sa fast as you fire automatic rings.
-Then The thok turns into homing-thok
-And he HITS a character, like bots, like sonic,...
How do I do that?
I readed WIKI to See the info, but there is no info about this.
Any answers???

Probably an SRB2JTE only feature. Try it with another character who uses Homing attack.
