That's the Boss Machine simfile. The song is the same as the one in FFR, but the steps are different.

As for MAX 300, just learn the steps. There's only 573 arrows to hit, which shouldn't be that hard, right?

Getting a full combo on Boss Machine, Challenge mode is a lot harder than MAX 300. In particular, the middle has 129 consecutive 16th notes at 160BPM. Basically that means the notes are coming as fast as the fastest parts of MAXX UNLIMITED, and you have to hold up that pace for twelve seconds straight.

Just try it. MAX 300 only has about 3 problem spots, so once you learn those a full combo will be possible, and the AAA is only a matter of time.

I have already tried boss machine..
I'm good but not THAT good.. I pretty much gave up after seeing all of those 1/16 notes ^^;;
But yeah. I can't do it.. especially with 2 shattered arrows on my dancemat.. I guess I could try my other one... NAH

I use a keyboard for Stepmania, not a pad.

Mmm, I remember when I used to play SM... I did everything from get AAAs to making my own songs and even my own announcer. Then I got a new computer that could play all the new crap that I wanted to play, so I forgot all about it. :) My favorite song was "Eat Em Up" if any of you have ever played it. I would sit there so long, I could do hard mode on 4x and have all kinds of crap cluttering up the screen so I can't even see the arrows at all, but I'd still A it cause I memorized them all in sync with the song.

4x = crap modifier.

The "Stealth" modifier does everything you're looking for, as does a C0 speed modifier.

If you want a "fun" modifier, play C-350 Dark Reverse. Not C three hundred fifty, but C negative three hundred fifty.
