A little help! (SOLVED!)

So I have two dogs, right? One a Saint Bernard Blue Heeler mix, and a bulldog mix puppy.
So my puppy bit through my charger. Straight through.
I've managed to do a fix up job by using electrical tape to tape it into the position to where it still works, but sparks come from the plug when I plug it in sometimes.
Any solutions?

Nothing can undo what a dog has done. I don't HAVE a dog, but I know this for a fact. trust me

don’t use that, it’s unsafe, the same happened to me, and i just got a new charger.
