Invalid 4 screens and black and white

There is this bug when I play Sonic Robo Blast 2 it shows 4 screens and its in black and white. Can you fix this bug?

...uh, would be easier if you gave more information about it, choalover. For instance, when did it happen? On startup? Or after you did something in-game?

It happened on startup. It did this since this morning. I fixed it by restarting my computer.

I had the same problem a year ago, it's probably just an error with code or something.
