1) I see "dedicated servers sometimes. When I get there, The host isn't there! How do they do this?

2) Sometimes on CTF, I see people that look like they're on red when there are really on blue! This guy told me it's an error. How do I do this?

2.Easy! I use it to trick people.Bind on key to change to the red team and one for blue.Keep pressing both, while rapidly pressing jump and holding forward. When you stop, you should be the opposite color. Press tab to see if it works.It may take a couple of tries though...

For your first answer, they run SRB2 with the command line -dedicated.
Basically, SRB2 runs in the background of their machines when they do this.
