2 questions about Rings

I'm making a mod thing and I'm just wondering on how I replace the rings, as in make them something else, and how I can change the ringslinger item (i want to make my own ring slinger item) I already looked at wikipedia, mind helping?

Wikipedia? O.o I persume you mean the SRB2 Wiki?

Anyways, yes. You can soc new items for ringslinger (thokitem and spinitem too). As for the rings. I'd just go with replacing the sprites.
