2.1.9 not working?

Apparently my SRB2 doesn't know how to 2.1.9. I downloaded the patch and replaced the files, but when I run SRB2 it still thinks it's 2.1.8.
EDIT: Now it's just saying fmodex.dll is missing.

Try redownloading the whole SRB2,and then put the patch on it,then see if it works.
