Can confirm this consistently happens with me if I use 1366 x 768 resolution.
Strangely enough this is also the resolution that gives me a white diagonal line in software.
My fix has just been merged to master, so OpenGL in future versions of SRB2 should no longer experience this bug (though fullscreen screenshots will still be cropped, at least until someone can figure out THAT bug).
