Fixed [2.1.14 Hotfix] (SDL2) F11 and F12 keys don't work.

The other keys work fine, but these two don't.

They're still recognized by the game, as pressing them on the title screen opens the main menu, they just do nothing else.

I doubt it's locale-related, as changing the locale to EN-US doesn't fix it.

They're recognized... as num-lock and scroll-lock, respectively.

If you have this problem, download this hotfix patch. It's netgame compatible with unpatched EXEs, so it's completely optional.
