16 Frame Rotation Template - 8 extra frames for smoother rotation.

This is a template created using modified Kart Maker properties.txt and sprites.png files from Guil's work.

The template DOES NOT use the vanilla kart sprites! Instead it uses Aaron0000's kart base with additional sprites created to reach 16 rotational frames.

When publishing works using the template, please credit Guil and Aaron who have helped massively to make this a possibility.
