New for 1.09.3.13:

Detons can now be fired as projectiles. O_o
A_SetTargetsTarget added
"auraitem" removed
"thokitem" and "spinitem" for skins - both get player as target when spawned
"waterskip" boolean for skins
"actionspd" for skins - speed of thok/glide/fly
"mindash" and "maxdash" for skins - minimum and maximum spindash speed
Charging spindash in shallow water kicks up splashes
Fix for SKIN command
New weather type - 5, storm without rain
Precipitation height is now recalculated with moving floors
'Aiming' reset on map load
No more drowning in Mario mode
con_backcolor to change console color
Connect menu no longer shows games from other versions (TEST!)
RESETCAMERA console command
CREDITSCUTSCENE to allow credits to be overridden with a custom cutscene (Have Digi test)
Sound for returning flag to base.
New character ability - 6, E102-gamma-style hover

A newer version of .13 was just uploaded a short while ago, to fix 2 bugs. If you downloaded it before this post, redownload it.
 
say SSN...fix the ALLOWSUPER bugs, one of them is the game crashes when you bounce off a spring with an 'allowsuper' character, and the other is the random sprites in the standing frame thing.
 
Fix the shield adjustment for NOJUMPSPIN characters. The shield is too low when they jump. For spinning characters, it's fine.
 
Don't post your bugs here, put them in the bug reports topic.

Actually that sounds like you just forgot to capitalize a few lumps.

My ACTIONSPD Idea got in!

For all those n00bs who don't know how to use it:
ACTIONSPD is either:
1: How fast you thok or glide
2: How high you go up with a simple tap of the jump button while flying (In fracounits)
ACTIONSPD cannot exeed 50, Sonic and all speed thokker's speed until now.
 
waterskip is for spinning on water.

spinitem and thokitem replace auraitem, so you can have seperate items for the thok and spin.
 
The same way you used auraitem. Ok, most people should use spinitem for what they used to use auraitem for. Thokitem is usefull for custom charabilities.

Do the maxdash/mindash/actionspd even work?

I set the actionspd to 68, and the char won't thok at that speed

I set the mindash to 26, yet it seems the same

I set maxdash to 73, and its just the same old thing.

I tested this using devmode, and it sayed maxdash was going at 50 speed, mindash 7 speed, and actionspd 60. Does all of this work?
