My sprites are glitching in SRB2, how do I fix them?

Okay so this might sound stupid but while I was Daydreaming, I had an Idea of Eternal sugar cookie from cookie run kingdom in SRB2, Chasing the player like 2011X but with a few tweaks: - She's slightly faster - It takes 5 hits to stun her - It would probably take 10 - 30 seconds for her to spawn...

So a couple months after i got my PC, i tried to run Final Demo on it but uhhh, yea i realized it hacked my keyboard to make it not able to do anything, even when the game wasn't on, i don't remember how we fixed it, but i'd like to know how did that happen and how to fix it?

Hi! Recently SSNtails ported SRB2 v2.2 for 32x, I was too hyped to play this in my emulator because my phone didn't run SRB2 android for some reason that I don't know. But when the zone starts the game has a HORRIBLE lag and turns it unplayable. Any help?
