2.2 to 2.1

i only noticed this as of recently ever since i decided to play 2.1 since a long time ago but i realized that the 2.1 version's green flower city has been changed to green flower mountain in the intro of 2.2 this is curiosity speaking but is there a reason behind this change?

basically porting 2.2 to 2.1, nothing much to it, i have done some work on thz and cez, but mostly gfz is completed as of now, some guy on discord called xdf (who also happens to be making a backport) helped me with the tree soc, but i did most of it 1756774538 i need soc coders for this...

Maybe someone can relate, but after i first got my introduction to SRB2 and its history, i grew a liking to what came before. Though i dont understand why, Maybe because of the art or the music, does anyone have a reason why i think this?

I specifically made this account because I'm unsure of how I would go about doing this. I had spent around 4 hours yesterday learning zone builder and how to start working on a map. I'm wanting to make a conversion of the 2.2 maps to put into 2.1, however I'm unsure of how I would go about...
