Knuckles Climb abilty. How to make your own?

Ok how do you make your own knuckles climb ability for a character. I don't mean you put in Ability = 3 n there you have it.
I wanna make it a new for my character. Then if i just add in a condition like (Stick to wall if speed>50), it'll be more like a wallrun.
 
So, you wanna make a new characterability involving running on the walls?
Easy answer: EXE mod
Hard Answer: Can SOCs do it? *summons Draykon*

i was wondering that too, because im working on a character called i-ninja
