i'm a bit concerned for srb2. version 1.1 is in a few versions and it only has 9 levels so far. if the other zones aren't released soon then when they are they would probably have lots of bugs in the final version. have the other levels even been made yet?

Guess most of them were already made long time ago...
Guess there is a reason why they haven't been released since now...
Guess there are already many alpha-testers, beta-testers... etc.

Finally, I guess that the fact you can't see a community working doesn't mean that they don't do it!

*See's title* When it's done... oh, you're not asking that.

My guess is that SSN, Sonikku and... who else was working on this? Ah well, my guess is that they're thouroughly testing every aspect of the levels. They might be doing what I do and testing every little thing as they make it.

SSNTails
CaptainAwesome (Sonikku)
Tets
Mystic
FuriousFox
Arrow
Digiku
Alam
Logan
SSNWadmankiddo
Orospakr

And maybe more that I forget/aren't aware of.

Well, I possibly am the new Kiddo now? Well, without the perversion.

And I think the only thing my brother DID was make crappy character wads :|

Because it was brought up, my (Im)famous response must be used...

What Community?

Yes it was, Kiddo was to replace Sonikku as president of STJr but never happened due to it being April 1st at the time. =P

I've always thought that there could've been more variation in the zones, the zone names have been changed quite a bit now, and at one point recently I think they added or took out a zone or something. I've noticed that there's no casino or Circus zone and basically every sonic game has one and most of the time they always end up being the best, for example: Casino Night Zone on Sonic 2.

In the zones section it shows two zones, one is arid canyon and then red volcano zone, and before the names were changed it was a mine maze, rocky mountain and then red volcano. I think these zones are and always have been a bit too familiar for some reason, also I noticed that the music for Rocky Mountain on the soundtrack in the history section perfectly suits a casino zone.

Mine Maze and Rocky Mountain were canned because of originality issues. They were just a dull concept, really. Now I personally think a carnival zone would be really awesome and we've already thought of the idea many times, but there is a serious issue that prevents that: SRB2 cannot do sloped walls at all. It's very hard to do a pinball-style insanity level with completely flat walls and floors. I guess you COULD do it, but it's not something we're going to attempt, although we did add a few features for if someone wants to try, like the bouncy floors and walls.

Actually, I found I was able to make a pretty neat 0 gravity pinball table once. Never released it though. It was pretty accurate looking though.
