When making a map using Doom Builder, how do I make it so when Sonic goes into a certain sector that he teleports?

I think there should be a part where the new members who sign up should have to make a topic stating why they should be here so we can filter out the spambots, then the mods or the admin couls choose the normal people and the spambots because there are too many spambots nowadays.
