It's not recommended to use Hamachi for SRB2 because it can cause problems in latency and multiple disconnects. I did a similar thing with Radmin a long time ago and I experienced a lot of high ping and bad connectivity problems. The only solution is to port forward and launch a server yourself.

Did you configure your static IP correctly as in the link above? You are using your router's IP instead of your computer's IP. Also don't change the IP in the SRB2 Port Checker. It will automatically read the port from your external IP.
