I have a graphic ripped from Sonic ERaZor (credit to Selbi for the graphic). Is it okay if you make a WAD or PK3 that has no real changes to the function but instead the looks?

My thought: Add Eevee. Light, fast, and basic accel, but to make up for the low weight.... HE CUTE AS HELL, BOI! Besides, Game Freak is already in the tags and they kinda did work on Pokémon. The vee cannot be left out of any game, as he will find a way into every game, one way or another.

I was kinda lazy to make custom icons for Eevee, so I ripped sprites from PMD as those games have icons unlike mainline. Also, I planned on having Eevee talk a whole two times. I also kinda used that same laziness to only really pull one icon. Had to resize said icon, though.
