I have found bonuschars.kart I just can't find what folder the add-ons menu is reading also when I enter .var I don't have an app folder

I got srb2kart off of discover on steam deck and it works fine but I don't seem to have bonus charsdoes anyone know why, or how to remedy this?

I'm playing a broken version of a 2.1 level port and some of the levels have become impossible because they are now counted as special stages and have the timer which is way shorter than is possible to beat the stages

for some reason the hud won't show up and sonic can only run jump double jump and light dash he can't boost,stomp,slide,wall jump, ect does any one else have this problem? I feel like I'm going mad

I did Everything as described but the modles just wont work, All of the Jeck Jim's models Work so I kno how modles are on and everything is working but these just refuse to work for me Any know what the issue may be?
