Ah, the location was the problem, I had it directly in the C Drive and moving it to Documents fixed the issue. Thank you kindly.

I've installed the newest version of the game today (v2.1.23) but apparently that bug that was present in v2.1.22 is still applying to this version. Also every time I open the pause menu and close it there's an error about the config.cfg file. I tried applying the patch but nothings changed...
