The Italian Man is in Ring Racers! What a surprise! Peppino's Stats are 5 5, and the only thing changed from the original kart addon was his colouring and extra sprites added for looking back. If you need proof that i got permission to port this, take a look.

probably because i was using the goldenshine version im guessing, i think it might be something with overlapping sprite names of the npc sprite and the 3d vector sprite
