Don't know if you're still looking here, but you may want to update the pack - currently, the version of SRB2 Frozen Night bundled in the pack overwrites the new 2.4 version of the map on load, causing issues with balance adjustments and removing the new dialogue for the new character in 2.4.

Froggy Swamp now has the shortcut closed on lap 7 instead of 5 (an oversight from prior to 2.4 lap count changes) - additionally, it is always closed in Duel mode. When the cut closes, a sound effect will play.

All the encore palettes were in the wrong format and would cause the game to crash on loading any map in Encore mode. Oops. That should be fixed now.

Had it confirmed to me that PlayCredits just doesn't work with addon cups, so I went ahead and removed it from the SOC. I also added the new songs to AssociatedMusic, so hopefully that works.
