i really like this mod. it makes the game a lot more fun. but ive experienced a couple of bugs where you have influence on your player's movement in situations where you shouldnt.
holding forwards or backwards after your hit will almost negate any knockback and increase knockback respectively, same goes for holding left and right and when in the death state.
this also messes up some oldc levels. gifs are below

Version 1.3.0 - Better than ever

A big update has finally come out after.. 5 months?!

Changes:
  • Code cleanup
  • Removed and edited some comments, adding new ones along the way
  • Friendlier for people who want to add Air Acceleration to a character/addon
  • player.aadisable: Set this to 1 (or 2, I haven't tested this yet) every tic to disable Air Acceleration temporarily.
  • Command improvements:
    • airacceleration: Merged from airacceleration_toggle and...

idk if i actually updated this, but just letting you know that Modern Sonic and Adventure Sonic's homing attacks break with this addon. Even if i let go of movement to stay in place after a homing attack, they shoot off in the direction they were attacking. (now, i would have gifs for evidence, but i dont know how tf you record stuff in srb2 without external software)

I've tested this with both characters on the latest version of Air Acceleration, 1.3.0, but no issues occurred.

I even tried 1.2.0 for fun, nothing.

Make sure you've updated all 3 addons, since previously there were flaws with my implementation.
 
Now that I actually think about it, i did have XMomentum loaded at the same time, so it may just be a problem with that mod. Still, a fix for the problem with mods like said momentum mod would be appreciated. (If you can even work out what the hell is happening) And, as a note, you seem to be testing the issue on strafe. I found this problem with automatic on.

I tried with both characters, Air Acceleration, and XMomentum in that order, in Automatic mode, but the issue still didn't happen. Try loading the addons in the order I used.
