I actually didn't know that!

While it sucks that he doesn't have the particles anymore, I imagine they were removed because it tanked performance on less powerful hardware.

Adventure Sonic has a similar issue with the particles from the invincibility power-up.

You can't. You HAVE to be in base form to even get the prompt as X-Sonic.

Is there a way to completely delete the dark emeralds so i can collect them again? i already used the "deletexemeralds" command but they come back when you restart the game. are they stored in a separate file like blaze's boat tokens?
