The Bundle Up And Bugfix Update

Not Too Much Going On Here.

A Few Bugfixes Have Been Done, Including The Big Issue With Clonemetal.
All 5 Files Have Now Been Bundled Together Into One Zip File, That Way You Only Gotta Hit Download Once And You Get Every File.
There Is Also Some Updates To The Character's Super Forms, Alongside The First Song Of VOLUME 2 Being Released (On My Youtube Too) Being Called "Victorious Jam" Which Is More Or Less A Credits Replacement.

Dude I remember when I first downloaded and played this Map Pack and I came back due to your update and said to myself "Woah look at the glow up!!" It's awesome, feels like a playground! My fav part is when the first level you got the crawlas on wooden pikes and I love just hitting each one to gain a height boost. You are awesome and hope to see more in the future, Much love and Happy 1-Year Anniversary!!!!

Hello! Is there a chance that I could be able to make CSS for your mod? Obviously, I'm not saying that yours are bad, I've just been on a bit of an art block lately and I just felt like being some sort of help to you. If you just made those and want to keep them for a while, I understand that. However, if you want me to draw them, I will need the specific dimensions you want them in, as well as the colors if you're able to provide them. Anyway, this mod is great and it's come a long way! You and your team have done some great work.
 
Here is my full review, it's 4 stars and I'm having trouble updating it so this will have to do.

Stages

I'll start by saying that I played all the story stages with all the characters (Carbon Isles Version) and Flare. (Excluding the bosses since they're just vanilla bosses with a twist. But I did play through the bosses as Sonic on my first playthrough.

Seaside 1

This stage looks great and is pretty fun to speedrun through as well. The only issue I had here is that the blue mushrooms don't bounce me high enough. I always had trouble with bouncy stuff so it might just be a me thing.

Seaside 2

It's another good level, only real issue I have is the cave paths being a bit tight, and the castle going up in the air could be quicker since it barely gives you enough time to beat the time attack record. Either that or maybe have it go up earlier with a trigger.

Soda 1

Tails is aware of cocaine. Probably the best stage in the pack so far everything flows nicely and I had fun collecting emblems. I want more stages like this. The only problem I have is the slow hover oil(?) part at the end kind of kills the excellent pace the stage has right at the end, a slope would have been cooler in my opinion.

Soda 2

Even though this is the weakest stage in the pack, it's still pretty good. I like stages that have you go through an HQ and you see enemies chilling and not attacking. And the button puzzles are quite fun and I even got an emblem from it. However, the second half (after opening the door to the left at the start) is where things fall off. The conveyors are too fast and the turrets shoot you before you can get to them.

The white ice (cocaine?) section needs to be made easier. I'm fine with the ice physics but the sudden drown timer is unneeded and you can just barely make it with Carbon Isles Sonic due to his homing attack getting in the way. Finally, the soda slide needs to be bigger since I can hardly tell where the spikes are, even after repeat playthroughs.

Voice Acting

I won't rag on the voice acting too much since we never get voice acting outside of Kart. But an extra take would have worked since it feels awkward at times.

Text Dialogue

Main pointers; too much capitalization. Only the start of a sentence, character names, and important words should be capitalized.

This line…

"Hey, Tails, Buddy, I Think I'm Starting To See Something In The Horizon!"

Would be…

"Hey, Tails! I think I see something on the horizon! Look over there!"

I'll stop my dialogue rambles here, I don't want to come off as rude since English is a hard language.

Other/Very Minor Nitpicks

  • Can we please have a record attack? This is oddly common in the SRB2 community where people just don't have their stages easily accessible and makes doing big reviews like this harder than it needs to be.
  • There are too many enemies in some cases and makes some stages a bit annoying, really a big issue in Soda 2.
