I got a SIGSIEV while attempting to start the game. I just downloaded it, and it doesn't seem to work at the moment. What am I doin' wrong?

Did you load the mod or the custom EXE? The game might crash due to the mod's limits exceeding the game's possibilities alone, Which is why the custom EXE was made.

I loaded the custom EXE. However, when I started it up, it tells me "You just got SIGSIEV'd!". Is there a file missing? Here's what my folder looks like:

The custom EXE I believe needs everything from the base game's install, Re-install SRB2 into that folder, And then reinstall the SUGOI custom EXE and see where that gets ya.

I Need Help with something.
I was doing The Emblem Hunt but in one level (Streaming Towers Zone) There Is a Emblem that i can’t find.
Is The last one, Hint says something like "Into The Void Awaits" but i can’t find it, and The Emblem Radar don’t reacts in they entire level for some reason.
Even i Used The Súper XSonix to fly around all The level and i Still can't find it.
Please, someone can Help me ?

(And i believing that find The emblems in Abadoned Airbase was Hard, XD)
Just one more question, i read The previous comments and some Say that there is a missing Emblem for The 430, that’s right ? (I not counting The Star Genesis one)

You mean the Cosmic Valley emblem? I think it is true, considering one emblem never appears on the emblem radar. At first I thought it was a character-exclusive emblem but no vanilla character makes it appear.

Well, if it involves inaccessible levels then I'm afraid it's impossible to collect the missing emblem until an update gets released (if it ever does).

Yeah, maybe they don't release a New update because The Heaven Level.
When i was doing hackee things to try The Star Genesis Emblem because someone mentioned that The Emblem was Bad property Set, i found that The Heaven Level Is a boss fight, which Is The last unlockleable secret in The extra page (Heaven is The level "????" below the ghz builder)
So maybe they make The boss fight in a New update.

All right, i need Help again with other Emblem (i awful in this xd)
In ilumination aerie Zone i can’t find The second and last Emblem of Sonic. The Hint only says "Near and Above", The radar reacts in Blue really Near of The goalpost, in a wall. But i tried everything and i can’t find The path. (Even i used other characters to try to find The Path, because The Emblem appears Emblem of Is a Sonic exclusive one, but nothing. Even HMS123 can’t find it XD)

This emblem is "Near and Above" your starting location. You're probably supposed to bounce off of the ring monitor to get it without Tails.
EDIT: after some datamining and cheating I've managed to access Heaven Zone. This level is incomplete since it only has the arena with a beautiful background and nothing else. It doesn't actually have any emblems. So at this point in time you can only collect 429 emblems.
EDIT 2: after some more cheating I've found the missing emblem #430. The thing is, while SUGOI levelpack doesn't remove the levels from vanilla SRB2, it does remove their emblems... However most likely due to an oversight Techno Legacy Zone still has its time emblem.
EDIT 3: I recently double-checked things and realised that in vanilla SRB2 Techno Legacy Zone doesn't have emblems at all. So it may not be unintentional after all. On the other hand, actually beating the level takes around half the time the emblem requires.

All right, Is funny that The missing Emblem Is just that they forgot to erase a Vanilla Game Emblem xD.
Anyway, maybe in a Future we Will have this problems fixed and The Lost Heaven Boss Battle too. (Is curious that The creator of that Stage is The same level pack creator, TechrealSalt)
Well, anyway, i Will still serching The emblems that i need to found in The level pack, i already have 307 one. But and Awful with some like The roasted ravine ones or The Amy/Fang Emblem in Lilac Acrerage. XD

i think it's SUGOI, cuz not even knuckles can
