I'm not sure what exactly the rules would this for be since this mod isn't marked as reusable at the moment, but the creator of the mod has confirmed that this project will be on hold indefinitely on their Youtube channel, since their computer was stolen a couple of months ago, but they also gave permission to finish, and I suppose polish as well considering the new 2.2.11 bugs, the mod now that they're no longer working on it. As of now, these characters are technically open for anyone to step up and work on them, but I'm not sure if releasing the results of that follows the rules of the message board or not.

Let me begin by saying that I do not appreciate seeing my work being used without my permission. I haven't been contacted nor have I received any notification of this, which is worrisome to say the least. Had I not looked through the MB I would probably missed this. But not only you decided to trace from my work and not even give credit, but also do the same from another user's work in the MB.
I am not quite sure what your idea was but what I do know is that it didn't go your way and I sincerely hope you learn from this.

I prefer the older sprites, tbh.

Hey, I've tried to contact you on Twitter, but you've left it inactive. I also tried through the SRB2 blog, but it wouldn't let me write to you and marked me as spam. I sent you a message on Twitter yesterday with a screenshot trying to ask for your help

Just because you got no response doesn't give you the ok to use someone else's work, take responsibility and apologize please.
 
this is technically correct, since mecha sonic (S2 megadrive) is Mecha Sonic MK. 1, while the S3 one is MK. 2
