I'm running into server troubles

I know this definitely the zillionth person to say this; but I have been trying to run a server for a while and I have given it full access to the firewall and I have even tried altering my internet settings; It never told me I was banned or anything, I just can't be found on the server list no matter what I do. Is there perhaps something I might have misdone?

I tried that and I even gave it both access methods of Firewall; then even further with global. I tried changing to the ip4 specific version because I found out that my router doesn't have an IP6. I just retried it before responding to make sure I wasn't tripping. I can't figure out what's the issue.

Could I see your portforwarding rule?

I hope this helps, I attached each instance and the new rules that were made just in case.

Did you only alter your firewall settings on your PC, or did you create a portforwarding config for your router as well? Because I think that might be the wrong tab.

1. Does SRB2 Port Checker say your port is open while running the server?
2. You can try checking this page: https://mb.srb2.org/MS/0/servers. Do you see your server on the internal list when hosting? If so, does your server use an IPv6 address or IPv4 address. If it is forced to use an IPv6 address instead of your IPv4, try doing the command: masterserver https://ipv4only.ms.srb2.org/MS/0, which will force your SRB2 server to use your IPv4 address if your IPv6 is broken.
