Extract the attached ZIP into your base SRB2K directory. Needs OpenGL to be visible. mdls.dat codes in spoilers.

3D model of Akari Mizunashi from kelchars. I tested it thoroughly so nothing should break.
Add this as a new line in your mdls.dat file to get it to show up:
AKARIMIZUNASHI KDLC/KAKARIMIZUNASHI.md3 3.0 0.0

Nevermind, was just something wrong with the laptop. Great models!
 
Interesting to add a second fang model to select. It was a commission so no foul but that still means I have to choose. I think yours looks pretty good so I'll add it to my pack.
