I think there might still be some solid FOFs in these spike sections, since I don't take damage from them consistently and I couldn't break them as Amy. (I also found these assumedly incorrect block textures, which I figured was worth pointing out in case you do go back to investigate the spikes.)
Sorry, my Mac is too old to upgrade to Ventura so I have no way to replicate the issue. @SeventhSentinel you should probably page Eidolon for these issues now since they have taken over Mac releases.
I imagine most people just change the camera variables in the console to manipulate its angle or freeze it in place. See this wiki article for details on all of the options: https://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Console/Variables#Camera
Once again, got this working on Mac as well—I was unable to test having it open the game since it doesn't seem to like having spaces in the directory names, but it does list servers as advertised and I feel safe assuming the rest works since srb2dl was well done too!
