Nope. CCleaner cleans out messed up registry files (which tend to slow down computers ALOT) and cleans out internet history and all that built up crap that 'Clear Private Data' didn't clean. :O

Somebody help, whenever I switch resolutions, I get a white bar at the bottom of my screen: I tried using the in-game resolution changer and got this result, when I changed it with the config file settings it still stood like this. I'm using 1280x1024 resolution (which is my monitor size)...
