Added a sprite for the Battle Mode Item Spy... which only shows up in 4P splitscreen. I didn't realize the graphic was there until I was looking around through the game's files for fun. Oops.

His shirt is black now. I made it blue by color picking from the original photo, but I think black suits it better. This also makes the sprite align better with the very teeny weenie slight update from the Ring Racers version of this mod.

Howdy. I've been messing about trying to get this thing to work with Snu's Hitfeed, and the way I did it is just by adding a graphic to replace the one Hitfeed uses for the Thunder Shield. That means you have to load Hitfeed first and then load LowTierShield, otherwise the normal Thunder Shield...

No, if a mod is loaded on any SRB2 server, everybody who joins that server will have the mod loaded. I'd make it client-side if I could.
