    People are getting randomly Synch Failure Disconnected from my server. How do i fix it?

    Yea, I know that, but this is not my problem. On my server, it randomly kicks a random player after a while (while the server lags for others) and always gives them a (Connection) Server Timeout when the server syncs. But thanks for the answer anyway.
