This looks like you set draw distance low, go to Options -> Video Options and find "Draw Distance" and make it higher or infinite

Version 6.7 is the earliest that was uploaded on the forums. If you wanna play that version you are gonna have to use PVTP and use version 2.2.10 of srb2 as the current version break some things. If you dont have PVTP you can get it from history, PVTP V3 is the latest from it.
