Help to Create an Mod

I'm looking for someone to transform my Gadget OC into a playable character. I already have the appearance (as shown in the image), the lore, and the skills, but I'm terrible at programming. I tried to make a base, but I don't know if it works.

Rule 15, u can't ask peeps to make a mod for you, i think you can ask for help for something like sprites or CSS, or even programming and you make sprites, but u cant ask anyone to make a intire mod to you.

Nice! I wasn't trying to make a wrangle or something here, i was jjust telling you about the rules. Sorry my english, as you can see, i'm brazilian, and i'm haven't many english classes.
