So first, I am obligated to post this section from the rules:
15. Do not ask people to make things for you, or request certain mods or features. If you have a suggestion for the SRB2 developers, we have a Suggestions thread related to the game.

But second off, Black Core gets a lot easier once you realize Metal Sonic's limitations. The most common mistake new players make with Metal Sonic is overthinking him, he's really very simple (not easy, but simple). You don't actually have to beat him during BCZ1, you can be several seconds behind him. Just take the platforming section carefully and you'll get it.

For BCZ2, Metal's attack patterns are extremely basic. Right before he fires energy blasts, while he's absorbing energy, he'll suddenly absorb a bunch at once at the last second. This is accompanied by a special sound effect so you can easily spot it. The pattern this energy matches the type of blast he's about to unleash. If the pattern is wide, he'll shoot a wide shot. If it's tall, he'll shoot a tall shot. If he absorbs multiple, he'll shoot multiple. Watch for this and use it to easily dodge his projectiles.

The second half of the fight is even more simple. Metal Sonic doesn't actually aim for you until you hear that charge noise. You can literally stand still and just jump over him when he charges you, and you'll usually (sometimes he will hit you by pure chance) dodge him just fine. When he's done and floating towards you, don't jump at him immediately, wait for him to swerve around you first and he'll slow down, making him an easy target.

An additional few tips that I think is important: For Sonic players, when Metal is vulnerable don't thok into him especially if the edge of the arena isn't very far away behind you. It's very easy for the knockback after hitting Metal to send you rocketing off the stage to your doom. As a general rule, just avoid using thok in general while in the arena.

Also for any character specifically while you are in the second phase in which Metal is trying to rocket into you, the best strategy is to choose a corner and stay in it until Metal finishes bouncing around. This way you can see the entire arena easily at all times, so even if by chance Metal does move towards you without aiming at you first you won't get blindsided by it and can easily jump over it. When he starts charging up to do another round of bouncing, that's your cue to get back in the corner.

Don't stand in the very corner though as then if you get hit while jumping you can get knocked out of the stage. What I did was stand in the corner but far away enough from the edges so that being hit while jumping won't knock me in the pit.
