Do You Remember ffoxD's Lua dumpster (specifically FFDMom) mod?
well... imagine if ffoxD did update his Momentum mod to create an command so you could turn off the momentum in case a character get some physics problem (Like S3 Sonic and possible X Sonic), and if you did it...
you pratically has defined the function of this Momentum Mod (besides that different of bunch of momentum mods, this doesn't affect your ice physics)...

Ahot Dark updated Optional Speed Cap with a new update entry:

Resync Fix

Both Optional Speed Cap and Accidental AccelMomentum:
- doesn't cause resync anymore

Optional Speed Cap
- the "nospeedcap" command now is named "optionalspeedcap"

Accidental AccelMomentum:
- Now Generates a slightly more momentum but its a little noticeable compared to its previous version
