How do I make a 3D model for a character?

I wana make a Rush model for Adventure Sonic, but I can't find any tutorials on how to do it on both Youtube and the SRB2 Wiki. Anyone wana help me here?
 
I know theres one for normal and modern. It might have support for Adventure. I have to see.

You could also use this guide from SRB2Workshop. (KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU CANNOT ALWAYS TRUST SRB2WORKSHOP'S SOURCES, AS SOME ARE OLD, SO PLEASE BE WARY.)

The problem is that that doesn't really go in depth into it. Like how to add it to custom characters and stuff

(From what I've gathered, you make the models in blender, name each animation frame a sprite name[I think], and animate it. You might also be able to check a md3 from someone else for example. Or from the game files.)
