im trying to make an arm cannon mod,the sprites are working but when i try to shot nothing happens... can someone help?

i dont need to because 1. its a wip,not released yet,and ALSO im porting it so it works in every gamemode because it only works in the custom gamemode they made themselves 2.the owner himself gave me the file 3.i wont release it,i will only give to the owner and other people from his dc server 4. the mod is not only the arm cannon itself, they are trying to recreate sonic exe the disaster on srb2.
