How did you discover Sonic?

I actually owned a gamecube with this Sonic Mega Collection Plus on it. So I got to enjoy sonic 3 and knuckles (that was my favorite, you had to unlock it though)

I don't remember very Well but I think it was thanks to the "goodbye srb2 2.0" video, after that i searched sonic on google play, i saw sonic dash, but i went for sonic 4 ep II. Forgot srb2 that day, then in 2020 i found srb2 again thanks to the 2.2.1 patch notes, i downloaded the game and now i am here. Basically srb2 was my way into sonic, then sonic 4 ep II made me the sonic fan i am today.

I think I was around four at the time when I was being babysat at someone else's house. The sitter had a Sega Genesis with Sonic 2 in it.

Probably at around the same time I had a Sega Game Gear, also with Sonic 2 in it.

well... umm... I... umm....

I dont even know because I only think that I was born a sonic fan lol

Discovered Sonic while browsing on Youtube on our Smart TV, saw a Sonic Mania let's play, thought the game was neat because of the artstyle, watched more Sonic Mania mods, instantly fell in love. Didn't have money back then, I only had my phone, realized I can play the classic games on my phone while trying to find if Mania is available for phones, and then bam, further cemented my love for Sonic. Because of him, I've been really happy despite this pandemic, which might seem stupid with the fact that Sonic is just a cartoon character, but I had developed a connection with the blue rat.

That's kinda deep, Vanilla.

My grandma got the Wii on launch day in 2006, and then in 2010 when I was finally allowed to play video games, my grandma got Sonic Colours, and taught me how to play it. My grandma doesn't play games much anymore, but I'm still thankful that she did. :>

How does your grandma know the Boost mechanic? Huh? Tell me THAT!

2013 Mobile ports, yeah, I'm pretty late to the party. BUT, since then, I've played every sonic game on the Xbox 360 & One, nintendo switch, and most of the well known fan games published in 2019 or later.

I first discovered the Sonic the Hedgehog series back in 1995 or sometime after. Either way, I was a little kid. My first Sonic game was Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles, which I still pick up and play every now and then.

I haven't looked back since, as the Sonic series is my favorite franchise.

I was with my dad and we went to his mom's house. And I was looking for games on his old ps3 and i saw sonic adventure 2 and i played the first level. AND THATS HOW I GOT HERE

I think the first sonic game I played was the mobile version of Sonic 2, but I'm not sure how I discovered Sonic. Also, I have an interesting thing I remember. You actually had used to have to pay for Sonic 2 on mobile (I think but I'm not sure because it was a while ago lol)
