Which is better legacy espio/esipo

The current Espio is the best one in my opinion. Legacy’s Slow fall doesn’t fit well with his ability to move upside down. On the other hand, 2.2 Espio’s charged double jump fits way better and can help you constantly go upside down. Plus if the ceiling is too large, you can climb to go upside down as well.
 
The modern espio is really good but also pretty balanced
While the legacy espio is pretty weak but has a HUGE glitch

Like, the answer is really obviously the newer Espio. The art is better, the abilities are far better and are actually like Espio in Chaotix, how is this a contest?

I think its referring to 2 different kind of legacy versions Mabey dunno a whole lot about srb2 releases but I'm learning
