L/F people my age

I'm completely static when it comes to playing with any and everyone when it comes to video games, but I seriously do want to play with people in and around my age. It feels kind of lonesome playing on the Master Server and barely communicating because I know a lot of the people who play SRB2 are minors.
It bothers me a little because I know I have to police myself. That being said, I recently started playing SRB2 again to recapture the fun I had in my youth. It's worked, and I enjoy the new content SRB2 has right now.
That being said, are there any players around 18 and older? Specifically in the mid to late 20s or older?

SRB2 is very universal. Especially with the recent updates. A lot of youngins play it now, and that actually makes me hopefully for the future of SRB2. I can't wait to see what the younger generation makes of it.
That being said, of course, a lot of children use this board. It's not shocking. Sonic is a franchise made to target children.

multipul, im not one (im 14) but yes ive play alot and ive met some nice moders and stuff like colbalt and others

its nice buts its also conserning, if you dont know, kids could basicly wreck havok here posting fanfics and wierd stuff, (look what they did to gatch)

32 years old here, old enough for Sonic 1 to be me and my brother's first Sonic game.

That might also make me one of the older map makers here too, I am fortunate enough to have retained a solid creative touch so far (as studies have shown that can atrophy over time).

Yeah, I'm currently suffering from atrophic issues myself. I love to write. But my writing talents aren't as good as they were years ago. It's making me a little upset, honestly. I want to do more, but I have no idea how to motivate that firey urge inside of me anymore.

a lot of the "srb2 boomers" who have memories of older versions of the game tend to be around the age you're looking for, myself included

I'm actually one of those boomers. I just never bothered to join the forum back then.

Another old SRB2 guy here (recently turned 33). I've hosted a few net games listed in the Master Server recently after my very long absence from the game....and yeah, you're almost always guaranteed to have at least 1 young kid join the server.

That said, I feel for ya on the issue there. I'm pretty used to having to self police due to my other work and experiences elsewhere, but it can be sometimes tiring (lack of good communication especially). I'm sure there's plenty of other older SRB2 players still around and active that arent limited to this thread alone though.
