Can I ask people to help me with testing maps for OLDC on Message Board?

I'd be down for it. If it's for your Blizzard Bastion update it should probably be in the Blizzard Bastion thread, I don't think Help is the right forum. If you want to do betatesting you can just drop the WIP file in the thread, no issue, that's not against rules.

So, if I understood correctly, I can drop WIPs of OLDC stages in Work in progress section?

No. That would count as putting in in a publicly accessible repository, and thus would disqualify your OLDC stage. OLDC stages require PRIVATE playtesting, meaning you'd have to do it either through MB Messaging, or more preferably a private Discord server, or discord PMs.
