It's not just that, either, RetroAcid. We have evidence of you doing WAY more than this. Art tracing, portlegs, editing of addons without permission, etc.

what the fuck? what are you talking about? that about sonamus was becouse he wanted me to trace it cuz he wasn't know how draw and i was teaching him how. that of portlegs i never have maked a portleg in my life, what portleg i have done???.
editing addons? wth man, what addon i have edited? there's a lot of disinformation, all i have doed bad was post something bad, just that, everybody who knows me could confirm you tath i even don't know how make maps, models, or lua, i only know how draw and make sprites

Anyhow! Quoting directly from the appeal form, which people very rarely actually read, because it would explain most of this. "Bans are used on the SRB2 Message Board as corrective action, not a last resort. If you're a well-meaning person who can understand and follow the rules, we would love to have you back."

If you get banned for some silly off topic spamminess or something we're not looking to delete you from the place forever, we're just seeing if you're capable of reading the form throroughly and responding with something along the lines of "Sorry, I got carried away and I shouldn't have ignored the mod warnings, didn't mean to be disruptive, won't do it again" and anything else they want to say. If expecting that sort of response seems like too much for us to ask, I don't know what to tell you all -- that's the bare minimum of being able to own up that we expect from ANY user on the server if they're being disruptive.

Never forget, it's a 13,000 member server and we're volunteers, so we like to keep things from getting out of hand before they get too far in, otherwise that's a waste of all of our time.

ok, let me dig into history a bit, what i remember is i have posted an not good gif of something not cool, but there somebody banned me, i don't remember who.
after that nobody sent to me an appeal or something else, i had to ask to some other guy on where do i could send an appeal, after weeks of nothing i try talk with an srb2 mod with another account but all i get is being banned again from the OS, i remember i had talked to you at discord in another account, anyways i think i have talked with a girl and i have apologise on what i done and i was really bad on that moment, all she says was "sorry, i couldn't unban you" and she block me and banned me from OS

To a limited extent, I agree. I can't speak to the truth of this or the falsehood of this, but it's also irrelevant to me and I don't care about it since that's not the reason you were banned anyhow. It's not on the table for me right now.

This isn't a thread for anyone to be airing their personal issues with another user, so I don't really want to see any more of that here from Inferno or anyone else.

Adding onto this: Apologies, I was going off what I remembered as the ban reason, and wound up causing issues.

Me and Charyb already talked and upon hearing that it was NOT the ban reason, I agreed to stand down, since it WAS irrelevant.
 
All of this happens in the span of one day and I still don't get an explanation as to why I was banned after I had left on my own volition.

You started making off-topic conversation and sending memes in the spriting channel unprompted, got spiteful and tried to argue with the person that told you to move, and then started self-deprecating when a moderator stepped in to do what had to be done. This was said to you seconds after you said you would leave the server over it:

Leaving the server doesn't let you get away with punishment - we actually had to ban you so you just didn't decide to waltz in one day like nothing had happened. The only problem is that banning a user outside of the server can't send them the appeal form, but while you weren't directly informed of why you were banned by the bot, we are sure that you're 100% aware of why given the circumstances you left the server over, so don't try to act smart on us. If you need the appeal form to try to explain yourself, just request it and you'll get it over DMs.

Another thought I want to leave here is that posts like these aren't exactly smart - as D00D64 pointed out, the MB and the Discord staff almost completely overlap and we're super transparent to each other about the bans we deliver, so if you were banned over something (which most of the time is not really what you actually think you were banned for, from pure lack of honesty, reading or common sense) there's a 99% chance the rest of staff agrees with it, so if you really think you were banned unjustly or behind the scenes you're gonna need a whole lot of evidence to overturn that, not just Youtube rumors. Claims like these don't get you on the bad side of just one moderator, but of the whole staff.

Not the correct time or place to be making personal accusations. There are better ways to handle this stuff than posting about it in an unrelated thread.

At the moment, he isn’t on trial for anything. He’s been banned from the OS on other terms, so this doesn’t matter right now
