Any not so popular games you like?

Well, I like the Neighbours from Hell (not to be confused with that one adult animated sitcom). It's funny and I also used to like it when I was a little kid. I have beaten the first game 100% a few times, while the second game... I think I've only beaten it 100% once?? This year, I've played the games again and it was still fun and funny. It's great that it got remastered last October, and it's great that it also got ported to mobiles. One problem with the port: you need to purchase the full version to play most stages :worry:. Even worse, after NfH2, it became worse, so if you want to play some games of the series, play the first 2 game. The first game also got modded aswell, so if you finish the game and you think there isn't enough stages or you want a challenge, or something unique, either play the second game or try out the mods!
Another video game series that I like that isn't that popular nowadays (or at least, I think so?) is the Moorhuhn series. It's about some chicken who you can shoot its clones (in the shooter games like Moorhuhn 1, 2, 3, etc.), goes on adventures, races (of course, Mario Kart-like racing!), etc. I also used to play most of the series' games when I was a little kid.
Outside of those, I've played other old PC games like Turtle Odyssey, Alex Gordon (not the MLB player), etc.

Not really sure if it counts as unpopular, but Battle for Bikini Bottom is an underrated classic that’s currently only looked at right now because of speed runs

SRB2 is still unfinished Forever

Reasons
1: The RVZ are still unfinished, Red Volcano Zone will sent you into a wrong place, Egg Rock Zone.
2: Where's right places named Dark City Zone and Grand Eggship Zone? Still not Included.
3: It has lots of Mistakes for Spelling, Music, Sprites, and More.
4: Japanese Language is not included on SRB2.
5: You forgot the New Tracks.
6: You forgot to put Bonus Stages.
7: You forgot to put Correct Track on several stages.
8: In-Game Cutscenes doesn't work on SRB2.
9: WHAT THE HELL IS BLACK EGGMAN?! He was Destroyed on Sonic OVA.
10: Banpyura's Spring Sound was supposed to have SRB2 Sound, Not Sonic CD

Fighter's History. A lot of people just know it as that one Street Fighter II knock off that got Data East in hot fire with CAPCOM, but the game is actually a ton of fun, and has some pretty neat characters. The sequel, Fighter's Hystory Dynamite/Karnov's revenge is just as fun.

Even then, why would it need to have Japanse Language? And in-game Cutscenes? And what spelling errors is he talking about?
Anyways to keep this on-topic i REALLY liked Disney Guilty Party when i was younger-

Super Chibi Knight is a fun throwback to NES and Flash era gaming if you're ok with the level design that entails!

Wolfenstein 3d is one of my absolute favortie games of all time (ON PC)

especially with mods like this

i think pizza tower(even trough a lil popular) is underated cus due to it being a game maker 2 made game its obviously moddable and ptg is still working on it after years for myself i cant even get a A in snick rematch(from peppino leaning nightmare)

I've certainly made it no secret in the past that I absolutely adore the Mega Man Zero/ZX series. While the Zero games are generally received positively, the ZX games tend to get rather mixed reception. I'll admit, they're not the best games. They have their fair share of problems. I've even played much better games in the same genre. Nonetheless, the ZX games will always be my favorite. Between their music, characters, story, worldbuilding, etc. those games just really resonate with me in a way few other games ever have. The (as of now at the time of this post) cliffhanger ending certainly doesn't do my obsession any favors either, nor does the uncertainty of whether or not it will ever get resolved in some form.

I think it's very important to understand the difference between the best of something you've ever experienced, and your favorite. They don't have to be, but the two things can be very different. In my experience, it's when they are different that they become the most personally special.

I think Kirby Triple Deluxe (It's my dream game when I was 9) or Fire Emblem Awakening (Not sure is they count as unpopular)
Any Kirby game that is neither made by Sakurai, isn't Superstar Ultra nor Return to Dreamland are pretty not that popular (especially on handheld which represents 90% of the entire series).

Kaiser Knuckles was also unpopular as a fighting game (despite having the infamous General).

Probably because Doom was basically better in almost all aspects...

Speaking of retro FPS on PC there is also Gunman Chronicles (which used Half-Life's engine)

Talk about some unpopular opinion. Despite the edge and grimdark aspect of this game (especially since it was made in the "give a mascot a gun" era) it did things that Heroes also did but better in some aspects... too bad it suffered from the "redoing the same game several times" stigma that Heroes had.

Chronicles? I don't know outside of the bad 3D Blast remixes and the fact that some are saying that it was a bad RPG like many on the DS...
But I really want to do/see it because it's somehow tied to Adventure and Battle.

That’s probably the falsest statement I’ve ever heard. Every single Kirby game, especially the main ones, have gotten significant praise. Planet Robobot is considered the second best Kirby game right now and that was on the 3DS. Triple Deluxe isn’t an unpopular game either

Planet Robobot is great but when you talk to most Kirby fans and non-fans most are remembering the ones by Sakurai.

I mean let's be honest there, when I talk about Kirby people are either talking about how Air Ride should get a sequel or remake or how the Wii one (not Epic Yarn) was great.

I don't even want to rant about but Flagship's Kirby games are mostly remembered about those who actually played them back then and Shimomura's games are only remembered because of Dark Matter (which are arguably some of the most iconic antagonist in the franchise) and not the game themselves.

I do think that Superstar is somehow overrated and I'll always defend Dreamland 2/3 and Mouse Attack/Squeak Squad...

You realize you’re talking to a massive Kirby fan, right? I have talked to and discussed this very topic with many other Kirby fans and it’s universally agreed upon that the worst mainline games in the series were Squeak Squad, Amazing Mirror, and Star Allies, and those weren’t bad games on their own. Each of those games are actually really good games and they were just a little short when delivering a Kirby experience. Yes, Sakurai’s games are on the better end of the spectrum (the guy is my role model, after all), but all the mainline games have never been received negatively by critics or fans.

When I was a kid, I used to really like Muppet Monster Adventure, a Muppets platforming/adventure game on the original PlayStation. I barely see anybody talk about it in the present day, but it was actually a pretty solid title. There was also a Muppets racing game on the PS1, but I've never actually played that one. :P

I really love Sakurai's work and game design (especially in Meteos on the DS) but I hate how people are overpraising him as the sole maker of the series while Shimomura gets overshadowed...

And no, Star Allies isn't the worst game in the franchises (even if there is no bad Kirby game after all).

There's a reason why I kinda stopped talking to fans of that series anyway.

PS: I hope that the 30th anniversary game will be good and not in 3D.
