Try holding the power button for about 20 seconds wait for 5, then try to power on, or plug in the charger and see if it responds.
That's what I did when mine didn't boot randomly.

I highly suggest sending your joycons in for repair to nintendo (its free, btw) or just buying a new controller that doesn't have joycon drift anyway. If you choose the second option, I recommend a PowerA or a 8BitDo controller. They are fairly high quality, and I haven't gotten any drift since I used them. By the way, sorry about your joycons.

I don’t recommend PowerA. They aren’t that high of quality. I had a GameCube controller from them that kept spamming left on the Joystick without and input and my friend had to keep putting batteries in his PowerA ProController
