It feels like he's taking some time. Making a character is really hard, some people say that it's not for everyone, and i know why.

About Feels, it's great that Sonic's Prototype is having some recognition of his existance. It could be that this character could be the experience of Sonic if he still remained with that design and who would be Feels friends. (maybe Tails could be a Wolf since it was planned for him to be, i guess)
 
Progress is doing just fine, In fact, ALL of his sprites are finished!
He's just waiting for another fan project in the works.

It has compatibility with XMomentum, in the thread of Xmomentum says:
Hyper soons:
- Feels the rabbit.

and also that the fall sprite of Feels appeared once on the Discord.
