Woot's Critter Pack 1.6.1

Changelog:

- Stat changes (May change again in the future):
Dotty: s8, w3 --> s9, w3
Dracelia: s4, w7 --> s5, w7
Woot: s2, w9 --> s3, w2 (He finally emptied the rocks out of his pockets)

As the title suggests, I cleaned up most of Woot's sprites to look less... off? The only thing I haven't really touched is the goal post, which I'll do eventually. I hope you enjoy the changes :)

Added two separate downloads, if followers (or critters) aint your thing.

Changes:

- New Racer: Woot!
- The Woot in a Boot follower now bounces instead of floating

Changed Dracelia's stats to s4 - w7 (Previously s8 - w7)

Changes:

- New Racer: Dracelia!
- Updated Mr. I's sprites to work better with other palettes

Added three new followers! (Will update post soon)

Added Bino! The ball dino!

This addon is now includes two characters. I'd recommend you uninstall any previous version of Dotty, as this update also changes her stats.

Dotty now has cool new boost particles! :D
