Webring Racers v1.0.2

Another update for the pack! Unless there's any additional errors I've missed this time, this might be the last hotfix before the next major version is finished. (v1.1)

Here are some changes listed for this update:

• Compressed most of the music files to a smaller size. (Enjoy the pack in 1/4 of the previous size!)
• Maple Athletics' Trick Panel now has a sneaker panel behind it as a way for lower speed racers to get to the finish line without respawning in Gears 1 and 2.
• Made the floor at the beginning of the ending waterfall section shorter to make it easier for racers in lower speeds to land on the track.
• Added impassable flags for the glasses in Gothic Voltage.
• Fixed a bug in Bowser's Castle 3 where moon panels will push you further than expected when played in Gears 1 and 2.
• Replaced the Staff Ghost for Maple Athletics to align with the new change for the map.

Hiya! I know it's not actually released on a Tuesday (at least in my area), but it is Tuesday somewhere else so it still sorta counts. This update is mainly focused on a couple of things that needed to be ironed out from the first release! (Thanks again to the Discord Community for pointing out some issues!)

• Fixed the BRIGHTMAP Definitions for certain textures.
• Moved some misplaced waypoints in Maple Athletics to fix a respawn bug.
• Added Deathpit tags on out-of-bound areas on Outrun Shores and Maple Athletics
• Added Respawn Linedefs & Deathpit FOFs in Maple Athletics, Gothic Voltage, Sweet Tooth Circuit & Bowser's Castle 3 on certain areas to prevent players from going out of the main paths unintentionally.
• Disabled the 1st Checkpoint in Gothic Voltage for (Local) Duel Mode
• A few Item Capsules in Bowser's Castle 3 and Gothic Voltage were altered
• Adjusted the light angles for a handful of maps.
• Added a small slope at the end of the water path in Outrun Shores.
• "Walls" has been given a new skybox.
