Small Tweak

Renamed one of the followers

Follower Update

Added 3 silly goofy followers and tweaked some of Scarlet's handcuff sprites (missing shading)

Voiceline update

Added actual Scarlet voice lines! The previous version had very placeholder-y SFX because I was tired and didn't have the knowledge on how to get better ones

(Scarlets voices are done by Peakek!)

Besides the voice lines the only other changes are small tweaks to the death sprite and a redesign of the signpost.
